          CAM-WOOD M-A19-CNC-5 CNC Dovetailer

          This is a new demo model and comes with a full 1 year factory warranty. This is a tremendous deal.


          Utilizes CNC technology
          to set itself apart from its time consuming mechanical competitors.

          Using pneumatic clamps, with 26" (650 mm) capacity and an up to 20,000 RPM spindle, it is up to 70% (depends on the size of drawer size) faster than the conventional model single-spindle dovetail machines. 

          MITSUBISHI PLC Control

          • CNC Technology allows the operator to input the dimensions of the parts to be machined and to setup the dovetail patterns.

            (5) Pre-load programs as follows:
          •  1) English dovetail joints with variable pitch.
          •   2) Alter English dovetail joints.
          •   3) French blind dovetails. 
          •   4) Parallel indent straight cut (beehive type) fingers joints.
          •   5) Threading dovetail joints rectangular instead of round fingers. 

          • (1) Spindle cuts male & female dovetails (English or French type) in (2) joining drawer parts in (1) cutting cycle; can cut single male parts, single female parts or both male & female simultaneously at cutting speeds up to 218 IPM (8 MPM).
          • Accommodates both through-style and half-blind dovetails and box joints with variable spacing in different material dimensions with the desired dovetail spacing effects.
          • HSD 3 HP spindle - up to 24,000 RPM.
          • (2) Mitsubishi 1,000 Watt (1 kW) AC Servo drive system.
          • Strokes and speeds X-axis 26" (650 mm) at 949 IPM (24 MPM) Y-axis 2" (50 mm) at 949 IPM (24 MPM), Z-axis 2" (50 mm) manual adjustment with digital readout.
          • 23.6" (600 mm) Max. working part width, 1" (25.4 mm) max. material thickness for fronts & backs, (8 mm) min. - 1" (25.4 mm) max. thickness on sides.
          • Complete with: Left & right side stops, (8) 1-3/4" (44 mm) pneumatic cylinders activating (4) holddown plates, magnetic starter with overload, carbide tipped cutter, tool kit, and manuals.
